The laboratories

In 2018 Iginio was invited as a speaker at the XV International Cooking Congress “Identità Golose Milano”, for the occasion he gave a lecture on cheese ice cream. From that experience came the idea of opening the Pina Gel laboratory to the public.

From April to July Iginio hosts in his workshop artisan ice cream workshops for small groups, maximum 6 people, both Italian and foreign. Participants are guided through the entire process of preparing ice cream starting from the raw materials, learning the tricks to recognize a good homemade ice cream. The course can be customized according to the participants’ needs and lasts about 2 hours. Many guests have already had this experience with us.
